Kate was an absolute joy to work with and the preparation was almost as much fun as the show itself.  I highly recommend Kate if you are looking for corporate entertainment to lift the spirits of your team by giving them time to laugh at and with their colleagues - in the most tasteful yet slightly mischievous way!

Director Strategic Relationships, GJK Facility Services.

Kate's brief was to have my team belly laughing and create an interactive Virtual Comedy Gig / Team Activity to help us continue to foster a great team culture. Kate had us in stitches and designed a fun, engaging team building session. Be prepared to do some homework as Kate makes it worthwhile. Every turn of events Kate managed to tie in all of our info to make it relevant to the team. I highly recommend Kate if you're looking at organising a memorable event. I'm sure my team will remember this for years to come.

Kate is hilarious but also brilliant - she even wrote us our own song to help our team get thru COVID - highly recommend!

We hired Kate Hanley Corley to MC and also provided entertainment at our Melbourne Grammar School’s Wadhurst Luncheon 2021. This event was hosted by Friends of Grammar's, MGS's Parents Association for Year 7 and Year 8 parents and had been rescheduled four times and then split into two events due to COVID-19 restrictions during 2021. After two years of lockdown, which has made it very difficult to bring the school community together in larger gatherings, Kate, in her unique, very funny and engaging style, immediately commandeered the room - she brought an amazing positive energy and created an environment for parents to have fun and socialise. Kate did her homework, understood the audience and pitched it just right with many cheeky moments but so apt for our school context. Her songs and audience engagement allowed guests to participate and feel very included. The feedback from our guests was amazing. Our guests really loved her performance and the fun she added to the day.

We hired Kate Hanley Corley to MC our Melbourne Girl Grammar School’s annual gala, the Navy Blue Lunch which this year was celebrating the school’s 125 year anniversary. This is a notoriously difficult event to MC, with a mixed crowd of nearly 450 ladies, and some men, ranging from the parents of current students from ELC to Y12, former students or Old Grammarians, to some ‘old’ Old grammarians and a few ‘really old’ Old Grammarians.  Kate managed to not only capture and hold the attention of the room, no easy feat with the bubbly flowing and the loud, enthusiastic chatter of the crowd, but she was so convincing she had more than a few people in the room believing she was EVi, the school’s Vice Captain on a leadership presentation.  She did her homework and pitched it just right with the cheeky school girl humour and  interjection of historical anecdotes, comparing the adventures and antics of the old girls with the confident, empowered women of today. Her finale,  the 1970’s parenting song was hilarious and had the whole room reflecting and nostalgic for the mores simple, non-helicopter parenting of the past.  The feedback from our guests, young and old, was amazing. They loved her performance and the fun she added to the day.

Kate Hanley performed at LE STYLE magazine's annual luxury fundraiser event, L'heure du The held at Sofitel Melbourne on Collins as a hilarious 'Parisian pop icon' Fanny Bouffante. Her presence and performance was creative and funny, all guests also find her personality off-character just as likeable and great to be around with. Kate was supportive of the fundraiser event and had contributed with professionalism. I would recommend Kate Hanley to any industry because of her work ethics and great personality.

Kate is many things - most of them tied up with being an extremely effective and creative communicator, she can, and does, build rapport with, and between, people whether they be her team mates or her audience.
I had the immense pleasure to work with Kate on the Postcards From Tomorrow launch project; Kate was the epitome of gracious generosity - no ask was to big. If it was needed, Kate was there. This was true in the lead up to the event and during the shows themselves - during which she was hilarious!
Kate was a joy to work with and I would jump at the chance of working with her in any guise, and on any project. She is one of the brightest lights in my firmament!
